Mangalyaan satellite, is one of greatest achievements of ISRO, India. Couple of facts are amazing:
# 1 By placing Mangalyaan in the Mars orbit, India joined the US, the European Space Agency and Russia in the elite club of Martian explorers.
# 2 After completing the 666 million km journey in more than 10 months, the spacecraft helped in study red planet’s surface and scan its atmosphere.
# 3 Mangalyaan, which is the size of a Tata Nano car, was launched in November, 2013, aboard India’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle-C25 rocket
This gives us a glimpse of capability of Indian scientists or any citizen for that matter, when they decide on a worthwhile goal, and continue to make new breakthroughs.
Next to the Divine, farmer provides all basic resources for our life, and we agree that supreme source has blessed us with several gifts and given ability to help our brotherhoods. We very much recognize that Farmers are the ones who toils in all weathers, but they go through extreme ups and downs the most and are in extremely critical situation and need intervention from society, because of their dependence on rain, weather, monsoons, markets and are not in a position to handle or sustain themselves.
We invite you for a journey to give a helping hand in your own possible ways, to support, educate our village brotherhoods who are our pillars of our life. It will be a win-win situation for ALL.
1st Focus of Gyanadhara is to support and provide value based education, where our schools and colleges are supported to impart fundamental teaching for mind and body, balancing both, than only learning worldly materialistic education. There is very critical need to raise our little ones as responsible citizens, MORALLY and ETHICALLY than only gaining knowledge. Summarizing, it is to educate in developing right thinking, speaking and action. It is to develop Buddhi (knowledge), Manas (mindset), Shareera (body and soul)
2nd Focus is to help rural community stand on its feet, by using EDUCATION and HEALTH as drivers to develop framework and proven techniques, with scientific temperament and basis:
- Using training, workshops, grass root level education, values, technology, brainstorming, attending to field visits of successful implementations
- Address questions of building capabilities in communication, paradigm shift in understanding methods and findings, skill development
- Gaining basic knowledge in efficient methods of natural farming, handle their finances, insurance including crop insurance and impacts of chemicals and fertilizers
- Encourage and bringing partners in engineering and scientists to create local solutions in agriculture, nutritional values
- solve issues in water storage and rain water harvesting, storage solutions, developing greener, effective and scientific method of farming, risk management, develop innovative solutions locally
It is a continuous improvement journey to create paths and solutions with an objective of creating sustainable living.
The key is to SHIFT the focus from problems to effective solutions, and using various techniques, networking and cooperation with right sources of expertise. This creates healthy food and life for all.
